Timothy Shin is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership over Metro’s worship ministries throughout all campuses. He is also a regular worship leader during its Sunday Worship Service. As the Director of Worship Ministries, Timothy oversees the recruitment, discipleship, and development of worship team members, operational teams, creative teams, and training programs in concert with a desire to engage the congregant’s heart, soul, mind, and strength in the worship of God in a corporate context.
